- 6 Red Chilli Peppers, coarsely chopped
- 1 teasp coarse Salt
- 240ml8fl.oz. Olive Oil
- 90ml3fl.oz. Cider Vinegar
1. Place all the ingredients in a jar, cover tightly with a lid and shake vigorously for a few minutes.
Store at room temperature and shake well each time before use. Keeps for about a month.
